The Gremmie Turtle Club, 10am to 12.30pm
for 6 - 8 Year Olds

We like to introduce children early to safety at the beach. Starting them young will give them plenty of confidence around the movement of the breaking wave and the tidal sea. Very much a fun based club, the Gremmie Turtles learn about the living sea and the moving waves, by catching a wave on a surf board or body board (at ankle, knee or at waist depth if ability allows).

When weather or sea conditions are not suitable, other beach activities will be introduced. Rock pool explorers or beach detectives, combined with beach fun games and sand sculpting are just some of the other ways that they will learn about the seashore and its environs. All equipment supplied.

Times:

This club is run during July and August.

Cost:

1 day €30, 3 days €75, 5 days €100.
